Corinne, a 19 year residential real estate veteran in and around the Seattle area has represented buyers, sellers & investors in a wide array of real estate transactions. Corinne has a solid foundation of past clients, referral partners and vendors in her network. As relationships are built through each sale with many various the parties involved, these relationships grow over time help provide a solid foundation of trust when working with the same colleagues again in future negotiations.

Corinne searches properties on and off-market daily for buyers/ investors, evaluates market value and the best approach with price & terms to win in an offer situation. She enjoys working with clients relocating into the area because of her knack at figuring out what area best suits their needs & lifestyle. When working with investors on flip properties she enjoys the creative aspect and vision that inspires something amazing out of homes once forgotten or neglected. She navigates through contracts and negotiations with market knowledge and real experience to position her clients so they come out on top.
When working for sellers, Corinne likes to sits down and consult on home selling tactics before listing their home for sale. Each home is different and requires a different game plan. Oftentimes buyers don’t visualize living in your home the way you do. She can make your home attractive to its ideal audience which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that’s sold fast! With Corinne’s past experience in escrow as an LPO, and Office Manager for a high-paced top 1% producing team, she managed more than 30 listings at a time with multiple transactions in Escrow. She also started her own business, Busy Realtor Support that assisted other real estate brokers with managing to timelines and making sure no details were missed. She understands more than anyone that consistent communications and proactively approaching situations as they arise is the key to a smooth & successful closing. Buying or selling a home is one of the largest and most emotional transactions an individual or family can make so it is important to her that every client feels prepared and informed from beginning to end.
Balance is extremely important in Corinne’s life. When she is not working she is spending time with friends and family, enjoying all of what the Northwest has to offer. In the warmer months she is usually outside hiking, camping or boating in the summer and you might run into her for a twilight round of golf around the area from March-September! Outdoor concerts, festivals, movie nights on the lawn & riding bikes with her daughter are all on the top of her list!
